The P&C AGM: One special night, once a year.....
Every year we put out the call for a new P&C executive.
This year's AGM was held on December 4 at 7 pm in the school library. We voted in a new executive and look forward to working together in 2020!
New members are always welcome - join or renew your membership with a gold coin donation.
If you want to help keep things organised, nominate at the AGM for:
- Secretary
- President
- Treasurer
- A VP
- A project coordinator
The AGM is where we open up these roles for an election by all members.
Every year we review our organisational standing. This is serious business. We need to make sure our finances are good, that we're still working the way a P&C is supposed to work and the P&C is structured appropriately.
The AGM is also when membership expires.
